Herencia confirms that on 10 December 2014 the Managing Director, Graeme Sloan acquired on-market 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.2p per share. Accordingly Mr Sloan is interested in 26,488,905 Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held in his wife's name, Susan Sloan. This acquisition increases Mr Sloan's holding to 0.82% of the total number of shares in issue.

In addition, The Hon. John Moore AO, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired on-market 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.2p per share, accordingly Mr Moore now holds 29,374,080 Ordinary Shares in the Company, also increasing his holding to 0.91% of the total number of shares in issue.
