UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 15 August 2014 of dealings in its ordinary sharesof 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust,which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (includingexecutive directors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 14 August 2014 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 65,000 shares at an average price of615.2366p per share, with a minimum price of 610.5p and a maximum price of618.00p. Date of transaction: 15 August 2014 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 65,000 shares at an average price of624.4455p per share, with a minimum price of 616.00p and a maximum price of628.00p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
