Notification of Transaction by Directors
The Company announces the following transaction by Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares").
On 16 March 2010, the following Directors notified the Company that they each sold the number of shares listed below against their respective names at a price of 295.5p per share to fund income tax and National Insurance contributions arising in respect of awards held under the Wm Morrison Supermarkets Long Term Incentive Plan.
