Goodwin PLC21 December 2007 GOODWIN PLC ("the Company") DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS 21st December 2007 The Company received notification on 21st December 2007 of the following transactionsin which Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R S Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested. Purchase of shares from J. M, Securities Ltd. The purchase on 21st December 2007 of 10,554 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J.W. Goodwin and R.S. Goodwin areinterested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J.W. Goodwin Children's Trust' of whichJ.W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of his children. The purchase on 21st December of 10,554 ordinary shares in the capital of the Companyby J.M, Securities Ltd., a company in which J.W. Goodwin and R.S. Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin.
