cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, has been notified that earlier today Ronald Duncan, Executive Chairman, transferred 95,587 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42p per Ordinary Share from his direct holding in the Company into his SiPP.
Following the transaction, Lyn and Ronald Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company remains at 21,073,624 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.57 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
