The Company has been informed on 6 April 2016 by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Close Brothers Group plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that it purchased Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company under the Plan in London on 5 April 2016 on behalf of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility at a price of £12.31 per share as follows:
