Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), trading as AMP Clean Energy, the specialist provider of distributed heat, power and renewable fuels, has been notified that Richard Burrell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 29,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). He sold 29,000 Shares at a price of 68.0 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 29,000 Shares at a price of 68.1 pence per Share to be held in his ISA.
Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Burrell's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 3,195,116 Shares representing approximately 5.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
