Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company"), the global B2B information services provider of price discovery, essential market intelligence and events, has been notified that Wendy Pallot, Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over 2,244 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2020 Sharesave Plan on 18 December 2020. Wendy Pallot has cancelled her participation in the Company's 2019 Sharesave Plan and the associated options have therefore lapsed.
