Huntsworth plc, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed that on 27 August 2009 Lord Puttnam, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought 90,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 65.5 pence per share. This takes Lord Puttnam's holding in Huntsworth to 180,000 shares or 0.1% of the issued class.
