On 20 September 2012, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE: BRW) received notification that a charge has been placed on Rupert Tyler's (a PDMR), interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company amounting to 200,000 Ordinary Shares.

His total holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 335,190 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1344% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 91,203.
