The Company announces that as part of the Scheme of arrangement in connection of the merger of the Company with Matrix Income & Growth 3 VCT plc on 20 May 2010, the following Directors were allotted and issued the numbers of ordinary shares shown below at a deemed issue price of 83.89934982p per share:
