Directors' Shareholdings
The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank and retail fund management group, announces that Capita Share Plan Services (the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 5 June 2009 purchased 17,522 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") at a price of 141.68 pence per share and 16,245 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Dividend Shares") at a price of 141.25 pence per share and that Evolution on 8 June 2009 issued 17,522 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 141.68 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan.
The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
The total purchase and issue for the Plan included the following shares in respect of certain of its directors:
