(the "Company") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING The Company wishes to advise that Director Richard Fuller today exercised anExecutive Share Option over 9,532 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Companygranted to him in July 2004 at £2.62 per share. Mr Fuller sold 1,800 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at aprice of £8.70 per share and transferred 7,732 A' Ordinary 40p Shares to hiswife. His wife then sold 7,732 shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a priceof £8.70 per share. This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
