The Company received notification on 7 March 2011 that Mrs Sarah-Jane Gilchrist (wife of Peter Gilchrist, non-executive director) purchased 2,650 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 380 pence per share on 1 March 2011.
Peter Gilchrist now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 2,650 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.005% of the issued ordinary share capital.
