Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2005 became eligible for exercise as from 1 September 2008.
Louise Makin and Christine Soden participated in this Scheme, each holding an option over 1,432 shares at an exercise price of 132.27p per share.
On 22 September each executive directors elected to exercise their options at a cost of £1,894 and to retain the shares released.
