Disposal of Shares to Charity
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a), and further to the Company's announcement on 1 April 2015, the Company was notified on 10 April 2015 that Chris Tinker (a person discharging managerial responsibility("PDMR")) sold the legal interest in 181,200 Ordinary Share of 5 pence each in the Company on behalf of certain charities on 7 April 2015 with those charities receiving all proceeds, as set out below:
