DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director/PDMR in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
The Company was notified on 29 October 2019 that Aditya Sehgal, Chief Operating Officer, Health and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, jointly with his wife, Seema Sehgal, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"), purchased 2,500 Shares on 24 October 2019 at a price of £58.50 per share and purchased a further 2,500 Shares on 28 October 2019 at a price of £58.14 per share.
Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Mr Sehgal and his PCAs is 63,314 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0089% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
