On 30 October 2015 Mr Stephen Young (Chief Executive) notified the Company that on 30 October 2015 his spouse purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 352.67 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Young's holding in the Company has increased to 637,419 ordinary shares of 5p each, 0.082% of issued share capital.
