Directors' Interests in Share Options
The Board of Dods announces that on 4th November 2010 the Remuneration Committee of the Board approved the issue of 1,960,000 share options to certain employees and also approved for the number of share options held by Gerry Murray, Chief Executive, and by Rupert Levy, Finance Director, to be amended as a result of the grant of new options, in each case under the terms of the Dods (Group) plc Executive Share Option Scheme, as set out below. Certain Share Options previously held by Employees and Directors were waived.
