On 23 July 2018 Bryce Brooks sold 125,000 Shares for cash to his Self-Invested Personal Pension Plan ("SIPP") at 172.5p. Following completion of this transaction, Mr Brooks remains to be beneficially interested in 299,160 shares, representing 0.5% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. | |
