Director's Shareholding
The Company received notification on 21 February 2011 that on 18 February 2011 Paul Barrett, Managing Director of the Company, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41.64 pence each, and on the same date his spouse Erika Syba sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41.62 pence each. Following these sales, Paul (together with his spouse) is interested in 17,803,982 Ordinary Shares representing 15.63 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
