The Company was notified on 28 December 2016 that Barry Lau, Managing Partner of the Company's investment manager, Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM on 22 December 2016 at a price of US$0.625 per share.
As a result, Mr. Lau is interested in 649,022 ordinary shares, representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
