Densitron was notified today that Mr Grahame Falconer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 5p per share.
Following the purchase today Mr Falconer holds a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
