Directors' Shareholding

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified that on the 17th April 2013, Mr Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, through Carter Capital, a company which Mr Blame has a controlling interest has acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.027 per share.

Mr. Balme now has an interest in 165,373,463 ordinary shares representing 7.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
