Air Partner plc has been notified that on 23 October 2013, Rachel Davies, Group HR Director of the Company, exercised an option granted under the Air Partner plc Approved Share Option Plan 2003. 4,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased at an exercise price of 313.0p from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. On the same day Miss Davies sold 4,000 Ordinary Shares at a trade price of 505.0 p per share.
