AVEVA Group plc announces that on 22 March 2022 it was notified of the following share option exercises and sales which took place on 21 March 2022:

Rónán De Hooge, EVP of Information Management

Conditional share awards granted under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan vested. Mr De Hooge received 2,596 shares and sold the shares at a price of £25.39 per share.

Kimthu Doan, EVP of Customer Success and Renewal Sales

Conditional share awards granted under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan vested. Ms Doan received 2,596 shares and sold 1,065 shares at a price of £25.39 per share to cover associated tax obligations and costs and retained the balance of 1,531 shares.
