DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified today that James Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 87,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.23 per share. Following this purchase, James Thompson is now interested in a total of 352,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was notified that certain other members of senior management of the Company have purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
