NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that on 4 March 2016 it was notified by Fergus Murphy, a PDMR of the Company, that Eagle Valley Investments Pension Scheme, of which Fergus Murphy is a connected person, had on 3 March 2016, acquired 70,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each at a price of £1.98993 per ordinary share. Eagle Valley Investments Pension Scheme is a self-administered pension scheme of which Mr. Murphy is the fund manager.

As a result of the above, Mr. Murphy now has an interest in 211,418 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
