On 29 June 2007 the independent trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust") awarded 1,057,280 Ordinary Shares in SEGRO plc at a price per share of ‚£6.359. The Trust is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees and former employees (and, in each case, their families) of SEGRO plc and its subsidiaries.
