Director's Dealings
The Company announces that it was today notified that on 30 November 2009 Julian Jakobi, the Company's Chairman, transferred 436,600 ordinary shares into his SIPP at a price of 2.75p per share.
As a result of this transaction, there has been no change in Julian's beneficial holding, which remains at 5,336,246 shares of 5 pence each, representing 18.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 28,976,581 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
