Enterprise Inns PLC28 November 2007 Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company') Director/PDMR Shareholding 28th November 2007 Further to the announcement made on 26th November 2007, the Company confirmsthat on 28th November 2007 it granted to the following executive directors, aright to acquire a deferred share award pursuant to the Enterprise Inns 2005Annual Bonus Plan ('2005 Plan'), in respect of the following number of ordinaryshares of 2.5 pence in the Company: G E Tuppen 106,010D C George 47,704W S Townsend 43,067 The above deferred share awards are short term share incentives earned for thefinancial year ended 30th September 2007 and will normally be exercisable from28th November 2010 to 28th May 2011 for a total consideration of £1.00. It is intended that these deferred share awards will contribute, as appropriate,towards the individual executive directors co-investment in investment sharesfor the purposes of calculating the matching share award for the financialyear 2007/08 under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan.
