Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company
GB Group plc announces today that Alexander Green, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary 2.5p shares of the Company at a price of 23.5 pence per share. His total beneficial holding of 130,000 ordinary 2.5p shares represents 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company. Prior to this announcement, Mr Green held 30,000 shares in the Company.
