The Company has been informed that on 26 October 2018, Graham Peacock, Non-Executive Director, purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 51.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Peacock has a total interest in 2,916,666 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
