Conditional Share Awards under the Resolution Limited Deferred Share Award Plan 2014
The Resolution Limited Deferred Share Award Plan 2014 ("DSAP") requires eligible employees to receive one third of their cash bonus earned in respect of the 2013 financial year in shares, the release of which is deferred for three years.
The right to receive shares under the DSAP is conditional and generally subject to the participant remaining in employment with the Company throughout the deferral period.
On 9 April 2014, the Company granted the following DSAP awards to the Directors and PDMRs listed below. The award price was £3.0475 pence per share. This conditional share award is due for release on 28 March 2017.
In accordance with the DSAP rules, these awards will be subject to an upward adjustment at the time of release to reflect dividend equivalents paid on the Company's shares from the date of grant to the date of release.
