Notification of Transactions of Directors
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 13 January 2010 Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) notified the Company that on 12 January 2010 they disposed of, on behalf of the individuals named below, the number of ordinary shares set out below in respect of which the individuals had become beneficially entitled to under The Sage Group Performance Share Plan at a price of 227 pence per ordinary share.
