Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 12th May 2010, the Company received notification that on 12th May 2010, Mr Andrew Christian, a PDMR, sold a total of 450,000 ordinary shares at a price of 351.8 pence per share.

Mr Christian's resultant share holding has reduced by 0.09% of issued share capital as a result of this transaction and is currently 4,177,975 ordinary shares representing 0.88% of issued share capital.

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR transaction. The transaction took place in Bristol on 12th May 2010.
