Restaurant Group PLC30 November 2005 The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') Dealing by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') The Company announces the following transactions: Mr Kevin Bacon, a Director, has today exercised options to subscribe for 200,975ordinary shares in the Company at 60.2p per share and has then immediately sold170,975 ordinary shares at 148.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Baconnow holds an interest in 49,421 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Rob Morgan, a PDMR, has today exercised options to subscribe for 50,244ordinary shares in the Company at 60.2p per share and has then immediately sold45,244 ordinary shares at 148.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Morgannow holds an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
