Director Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Neil Rylance, Chief Executive, purchased 1,500,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Share') at a price of 5 pence each.
As a result of this transaction Neil Rylance has a beneficial interest in the Company of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
