Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that today, Nicola Mitton, HR Director, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.22 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Ms Mitton is interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
