Director's Dealings
Archial Group Plc (AIM: ARL), the architects and design business, has been notified on 3 April2009 that Sir Rodney Walker, non executive Chairman purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.06363 per share, on 2 April 2009 and that he purchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.08 per share, on 3 April 2009
The Group has been notified that Chris Littlemore, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.08 per share, on 3 April 2009.
The Group has also been notified that Robert Boardman, Corporate Development Director, sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.08 per share, on 3 April 2009.
Following these transactions, Sir Rodney Walker's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has increased to 3,503,216 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately1.472 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company). Chris ittlemore's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has increased to 249,786 Ordinary shares(representing approximately 0.105 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).Robert Boardman's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has decreased to 42,650 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.018 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
