DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 944 shares have been purchased at £7.91 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) in respect of the re-investment of the dividend paid by the Company. The total includes twenty shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C. Sollesse, fifteen shares for Mr M Harris and four shares for Mr N. Page.
Also included in the purchase were seventeen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
