Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today by Maurice Helfgott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of the transfer yesterday of 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") to his wife, Danielle Helfgott (gift at nil cost). Both Maurice Helfgott and Danielle Helfgott subsequently transferred 24,591 and 27,740 Ordinary Shares, respectively, to their own ISA accounts (the transfers were yesterday at an average price of 1.0003 pence per share). Following the transfer Mr Helfgott and his connected persons holding remain unchanged at 400,727 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
