Waterman Group plc, a leading engineering and environmental consultancy, announces, following notification received yesterday, that the following directors and senior executive (discharging managerial responsibilities in Waterman) acquired the number of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") shown below through their participation in the Company's HMRC compliant share incentive plan on 7 November 2016, at a price of 80.00p per Ordinary Share:
