NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 17 March 2016 the Company was notified that Marian Martin, PDMR, sold 3,766 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence per share in the Company on the same day at a price of £3.65 per share.
The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
