Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 25 June 2015 that on that day, Tim Walton, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 2,500,000 shares in the Company at a price of 88 pence per share. 

Following this transaction Tim Walton holds 7,199,977 shares in the Company which represents 3.92% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed on 25 June 2015 that on that day, Brendan O'Grady, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 88 pence per share. 

Following this transaction Brendan O'Grady holds 1,500,000 shares in the Company which represents 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed on 25 June 2015 that on that day, Jo Duffield, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 366,793 shares in the Company at an average price of 88.1 pence per share. 

Following this transaction Jo Duffield holds 806,993 shares in the Company which represents 0.44% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP includes LXB Adviser LLP which is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc Group. Following the above transactions, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP (and their spouses) hold an aggregate total of 15,462,141 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 8.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
