De La Rue PLC13 July 2006 De La Rue plc's Directors' Interests De La Rue plc (the "Company") was notified yesterday, 12 July 2006, that the DeLa Rue Qualifying Employee Share Ownership (the "Trust") on 12 July 2006transferred 386 shares of 27 7/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exerciseof options under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plcshares now held by the Trust is 218,349, 0.133% of the issued share capital.
