Synergy Health PLC ("Synergy" or "the Company")
The Company has today been notified that following the vesting of certain share options awarded to Directors/PDMRs of the Company, certain Directors/PDMRs have exercised and sold some of these options along with other ordinary shares on 11 December 2009.
