Director Shareholding
RM plc has been notified today that following the release of shares awarded in January 2007 under the RM plc Deferred Bonus Plan the following Executive Directors sold the shares that were released to them.
Mike Greig sold 20,099 shares at a price of 161p per share. Following the transaction Mike Greig's beneficial holding in the company is 193,275 shares (representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital to which voting rights are attached).
Rob Sirs sold 23,003 shares at a price of 161p per share. Following the transaction Rob Sirs beneficial holding in the company is 180,536 shares (representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital to which voting rights are attached).
