FirstGroup plc Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") Grant of options under the FirstGroup plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
FirstGroup plc (the "Company") announces that the following Directors and PDMRs of the Company were awarded nil cost option awards over the Company's ordinary shares of

The awards under the LTIP will vest at the end of the three year performance period subject to the satisfaction of twin performance conditions relating to absolute growth in the Company's earnings per share ("EPS") and total shareholder return ("TSR") against an appropriate comparator group over three years and provided the executive remains in employment.
The transaction took place at 395 King Street, Aberdeen AB24 5RP.
