8 August 2012 PHSC plc ("PHSC" or the "Company") Director Shareholding
PHSC, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services to the public and private sectors, announces that today Stephen King, CEO of the Company, purchased 58,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 22 pence per share via his SIPP. Simultaneously, Mr King disposed of 58,000 ordinary shares in the Company in a personal capacity, also at 22 pence per share. Mr King's interest in the Company's equity remains unchanged at 3,103,100 ordinary shares or 29.66%.
